Anna Zyuzin

I have been teaching English as a Second Language since 1996 and have plenty of knowledge and expertise about pedagogy. I received my Masters in Linguistics in 1998 and my Masters in Education in 2012. Together with my TESL Ontario Certificate, they help me to run classes focused on English for Academic Purposes. I enjoy being among students from all over the world and see them developing their English language skills. I love this job for the opportunities to offer my help in opening the door into the new life in Canada.

Tiffany Myers

Hi, I am Tiffany Myers. This year at Limestone I’m very excited to teach the Beginner class as well as a pronunciation class in the afternoon. I first began teaching at Limestone in 2004. I graduated with my TESL Ontario Certification from Algonquin College after university. Before I started at Limestone, I enjoyed a year of teaching ESL in South Korea.  My favourite part about teaching is seeing students having fun while learning English. I would like to improve your confidence with English, so social interaction and group work happens often in my class. I try to make learning enjoyable for my students. I look forward to meeting you!

Joanna Cooke

Hi! My name is Joanna Cooke. I received my TESL certification in 2005 and have worked for Limestone Community Education for the past 9 years. I currently teach the advanced class at a CLB level 7/8. I enjoy working with my students to help them to achieve their goals, whether that be admission to college or finding a better job. I love the challenge of teaching English at a higher level, and it’s a privilege to get to know so many talented and motivated students!

Amy Jeon

Hi!  I am Amy Jeon. I teach the afternoon pre-benchmark ESL class. I started teaching at Limestone in 2017 and I have been enjoying it very much. I received my TESOL certificate in 2005 and Career Development Practitioner Certificate in 2013. With my education and passion for people, I have been providing assistance to immigrants and international students in ESL instruction, settlement services and career coaching.

There are a lot of fun and interactive activities involved in my class while

helping students feel safe, supported and appropriately challenged. I am a life-long learner, traveler and an animal lover.

Carol Fox

Hello! I am teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to high beginner and low intermediate level students at the Limestone Community Education’s night school (Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.). I have taught ESL for a number of years in a variety of settings. My qualifications include a TESL Ontario certificate, B. A., B.Ed. and M. Ed. I really enjoy working with students from diverse backgrounds and feel that I learn as much from them (or more) than they do from me. I look forward to you joining our class!
